Dębowa Kuźnia Boar Axe

A hand-forged carpentry axe, made according to traditional metalworking techniques, inspired by the Scandinavian style. It will prove useful for tasks such as building a shelter, preparing wood for a campfire or minor woodworking in the garden. A special recess in the head provides a secure and comfortable grip for precise carving.

The axe head is made of hand-forged 42CrMo4 steel, characterised by high resistance to chipping and cracking. The 120 mm long cutting edge allows a wide variety of carpentry work to be carried out with precision and comfort. Solid seating is provided by a wooden wedge with a wide base.

The ergonomic Smedbergs handle is 40 cm in length, is made of durable hickory wood (American pecan). The surface of the handle is impregnated with linseed oil, which effectively protects against moisture and prevents the growth of mould.
