The beret is one of the most distinctive headgear associated with the military. It is a soft, round headgear that dates back to the 16th century and came into permanent use in the 19th century. They are used by many military units around the world. They are most often worn skewed to the left side. Military berets come in a variety of colours, most often the colour denotes the formation to which the soldier belongs.

The military beret is a headgear with unique features. It has no brim, collar or visor. It is often made of materials such as felt, mohair, velvet or knit. This type of headgear is used as a typical element of the uniform in the Polish Army. Berets can be found on the heads of Polish Army soldiers in the following colours: black, maroon, blue, scarlet, grey, green, dark green and olive green.

The men's beret, as well as the women's beret, is also part of the uniform of other uniformed services and formations. The beret is used by, among others, the police, border guards, state fire brigade or prison service. It is also worth noting the use of military berets in military uniform classes. If you are looking for a military beret, be sure to check out the offer in the MILITARY.PL shop.
