Points threshold
To gain a given rank you need to earn enough reward points for your purchases within 90 days. You gain rank for 90 days form the date of the purches with which you reached the threshold. You may prolong that time by another purchase for which you earn any amount of reward points.
Max discount
The rank of your account allows you to exchange reward point for a different level of discount.
Free Shipping
With a Gold or Platinum rank, you already have free delivery for orders from PLN 1. Free delivery applies to addresses in Poland.
Set of gadgets
When you will reach Platinum rank you will receive a set of oru branded gadgets. You will recive them once per yer when your account reaches Platinum rank.
We will add gagdgets to an order where you will check "Add KSK Platinum gadgets set to this order" option. Checkbox is located in checkout under payment options and use of KSK points.
We send gadgets to addresses in EU.

Return with no time limit
Members may return purchased products after 30 days from purchase! Remember to place your order when logged in to your account. Remember to check in terms and conditions which products are excluded from this offer.
How to earn reward points?
It is very easy. You earn reward points every time you:
- Make a purchase (you will receive 1 point for every 10 pln spent)
- Rate a product that you've bought
How to use reward points?
You may use reward points for discount. 1 point = 50 gr of discount.
That means that when you use for example 30 reward points you will get 15 pln discount.
