Shipping to Ukraine
Now you can shop with shipping to Ukraine! Add the products to your cart and in the country of delivery select Ukraine. When placing an order, please provide your information in Ukrainian.
Customs
If you buy goods worth more than €150, you must pay customs duty and VAT. Value-added tax (VAT) and customs duty are calculated by the State Customs Service of Ukraine on the day the shipment enters the country in hryvnias at the NBU rate according to the following formula: (Value of goods - €150 + customs duty (Value of goods - €150) * 10%) * 20%.
- Customs limit - 150 €
- Customs duty = 10% on amount over 150 €
- VAT = 20% on amount over 150 € + customs duty
Example:
- You buy a product for €200 €
- Duty: (200-150) * 10% = €5.00
- VAT: (200-150+5)*20% = 11 €
- Total 16 € tax.
Important! Dividing a larger order into smaller ones to avoid exceeding the €150 threshold is ineffective, and we advise against such action. You have 7 days to pay customs duties and VAT, then the shipment is returned to the sender. Keep all documents of purchase.

We offer free delivery for orders over 299,00 PLN! Free delivery will automatically calculate in the shopping cart.
Other delivery costs:
- Up to 1 kg - 19,99 PLN
- 1-10 kg - 29,99 PLN
- 10-30 kg - 39,99 PLN
Types of delivery available for shipping to Ukraine
When making a purchase, there are two delivery methods you will be able to choose from:
- Nova Poshta courier shipment - the package will be sent to the recipient's address.
- Nova Poshta pickup points - the parcel will go to the indicated pickup point, thanks to which you can pick it up at a convenient time without waiting for the courier.
Only those parcels that do not exceed the weight of 20 kg, the dimensions of 40x60x30 cm and the value of 400,000 UAH are delivered to the collection point.
Most shipments arrive in about 4 working days to recipients in Ukraine. Products marked with immediate shipping are sent on the day of purchase!
The delivery time consists of transportation within Poland, handling of the shipment at the customs warehouse and transportation within Ukraine.
Payment methods available for shipping to Ukraine
When you choose to ship to Ukraine, you will have the following payment methods to choose from:

Please make sure that your card has active permission to pay online.
We recommend choosing online payment (Apple Pay, online
transfer, card payment, Przelewy24 payment) if you want to speed up the
delivery of your order! Prepaid orders are shipped on the same day.
If the value of the order with payment upon receipt exceeds PLN 1,000, it
will be necessary to make a prepayment of 10% of the order value.
When paying on delivery, you must confirm your order with an SMS code. After clicking the “Order and pay” button in the shopping cart, you will receive a code that you must enter on our website. After entering the SMS code, the order is confirmed and forwarded for processing.
The code is valid for 2 minutes, if the code is not entered on time or is wrong, you can get another code or change the form of payment.
Free
returns
You only pay for shipping within Ukraine!
To return goods from Ukraine write an e-mail to kontaktua@military.pl. In the message write your order number and what products you want to return. You bear the cost of return only to the warehouse in Ukraine - we will take care of the rest! You have 30 days to return it.
Important! Put a note on the parcel with the number CN23. If you return goods for which you have paid customs duties/taxes to the state, these payments are not refundable.
Take advantage of TAX FREE
If you are shopping on Militaria.pl while in Poland, you can take advantage of tax refund for travelers. TAX FREE does not apply to orders with delivery to Ukraine. Read more about TAX FREE.
