Maglite is an American company that was founded in 1955. For the first 20 years of its existence it was engaged in the production of parts used by the military and aviation. The first flashlight was not created until 1979. The owner of the brand - Anthony Maglica - was responsible for this model. His experience in working for the military and aviation industry translated into the creation of high-quality products. To this day, all Maglite brand designs are personally supervised by the company's founder. Maglite flashlights are produced in three sizes, the most popular of which is the midi size. This is an intermediate size of flashlights that generate a light output ranging from 150 to just over 600 lumens. In the offer of our store you will also find Maglite full size from the ML series, which are used in the police and other uniformed services. An important parameter of Maglite flashlights is the D and C marking. Maglite flashlights for r20 batteries will be marked with the letter D or D-cell. For example, 2D means that a particular model is powered by two r20 batteries. Maglite flashlights for r14 batteries are designated with the letter C. Similarly, a 3C model means a flashlight powered by three r14 batteries.
