Protective medical masks are used by paramedics and surgeons during operations. In our store you will find approved reusable medical masks that will serve you every day in public places and beyond. Today they are used not only in operating rooms, but also in many other places, examples of which we will give below. Depending on your needs and situation, we will advise you on what to follow when choosing a particular model and what the names of each filter mean.

Viruses such as influenza or Covid-19 have the distinction of spreading by the droplet route, that is, through saliva, coughing or sneezing. A medical protective mask reduces the transmission of viruses, since in the case of a simple sneeze, the air along with saliva is expelled at speeds as high as tens of kilometers per hour, spraying over a wide area. Another reason for wearing such a mask is the abundance of harmful dust and fumes in the air - thanks to it, we take care of our lungs and do not allow harmful substances to enter them, which are present in the air in increasingly crowded cities. Most of us associate them as anti-smog masks that meet certain forms. Particularly noteworthy are masks that have FFP 1, 2 or 3 filters, as well as N95 and N99. These are currently the most efficient and safest types of filters in terms of value for money.

Medical protective masks have several standards of protection, the most popular of which is currently the FFP2 class. These are respiratory protection masks and are suitable for working environments where substances harmful to health are present in the inhaled air. These masks must capture at least 94% of airborne particles down to 0.6 μm in size. Another standard used for these types of masks is N95 and N99. This is an American standard meaning that a filter of a given type traps 95 and 99% of harmful particles, respectively. To date, they have been used in mines and workplaces such as printing or meat processing plants, as well as in tattoo parlors. Today they are also required at the airports of most countries - ordinary cloth masks are not allowed, as carriers want to provide passengers with the safest possible travel conditions. It's worth getting a supply of such masks before you travel to avoid unnecessary problems when checking in at the airport.

A medical protective mask is worth equipping yourself with to increase your safety. If you're traveling to highly polluted cities such as Beijing or Bangkok, it's worth having such protection on hand to protect yourself and loved ones from the harmful effects of smog. There's also a reason surgeons and paramedics often have them on their standard equipment, as hygiene is very important when dressing wounds or performing surgery.

In our store we offer only tested, approved masks. Some models are disposable, while others are reusable medical masks, so you can use them more than once. It is worth having such a mask in every home first aid kit. In addition, the material they are made of is soft and adapts well to the shape of the face, ensuring not only safety, but also comfort when worn even for several hours.

If you want to protect your lungs, also check out our offer of specialized anti-smog masks with replaceable filters, which also meet (often more than meet) all medical standards, and thanks to modern filter technologies and the design itself, breathing in them is very easy and dedicated even to professional athletes.
