System for sharpening knives with a forced angle 20 degrees. Sharpening is done on sintered tungsten carbides set in a V-shape. To sharpen the n , you just need to drag the blade several times. The sharpener is recommended for both smooth-blade and serrated knives. It will work perfectly for stainless steel and carbon steel knives.
