Baofeng A58 5W Radio

A58 dual-band radio with 5 W power (so-called duobander). The radio operates in two frequency ranges VHF and UHF. It has a large and easy-to-read two-line display, a DTMF keypad and an extensive menu. The A58 meets the IP57 waterproof and dustproof standard.

One of the most important features available on the radio is Dual Watch, or dual listening mode. The device monitors two different frequencies, even in different VHF/UHF bands, and gives priority to the one on which an incoming call appears. The device also features an LED flashlight and FM radio (65 - 108 MHz).

The model is equipped with a push-to-talk (PTT) button. Also worth mentioning is the ability to connect a PTT microphone.

The Baofeng A58 also has a number of features for easy identification, grouping and operation, including the ability to program from the keypad or from a computer, a keypad lock and the VOX function, which is the activation of broadcasting by voice.
