Special task shooter

A well-trained sniper is an extremely important element of fire support for any fighting commander on the battlefield.

The task of the sniper is to provide effective fire on targets that cannot be flared by conventional means of fire due to distance, location, or visibility.

A sniper's training must be based on the mastery of a number of skills, which should combine efficiency in performing the task and survivability on the battlefield, thus producing maximum effect with minimum risk. A sniper must be trained in precision long-range shooting, observation and camouflage.

Rafal Kubinski - a senior reservist, trained, among others, NCO and officer candidates for the ground forces and soldiers going on missions abroad, including Iraq and Afghanistan, and sharpshooters preparing for missions in Kosovo and Chad.
