Boker Solingen Whetstone - 600/1500

Double-sided stone whetstone with gradations of 600 and 1500. The abrasive surface is 18 centimeters by 6 centimeters.

- Gradation 2000 is used for polishing and giving a final polish.
- Gradation 5000 is used for fine polishing.

The set includes a stand to prevent the whetstone from slipping while working.

Instructions for use: soak the stone in water or use sharpening oil. Place the whetstone on a flat surface. To sharpen the knife, slide on the stone (pressing lightly) several times first one, then the other side of the knife. When sharpening the knife, try to maintain the correct angle of the knife (15 deg. - 30 deg.).
