Smoke generator made of stainless steel, designed for smokehouses. Aromatic smoke is obtained by burning smoke chips.
Model GDS-01 consists of: a container for chips closed with a flap, a feeder with a spiral and an electric heating element switched on by a button located on the housing. In the lower part, there is an adjustable air access aperture. After one filling of the chamber with a capacity of 2 l, smoke is generated for up to 8 hours without refilling the container. The smoke generator is compatible with Borniak products and other chambers with a suitable attachment with a capacity of up to 200 l.
