Borniak smoking chips 2 l - Alder

High-quality smoking chips from the Polish company Borniak, carefully dried to a moisture content of 13%. The chips have been subjected to a special technological process, so they are fully dusted off and ready for use.

The smoke from the burned wood chips penetrates deep into the product, giving it the right color, aroma and flavor for the species of wood used. Using alder wood chips, you can enjoy the specific dark golden color of the smoked product, which has a lasting character and penetrates deep into the food.

The chips are 0.5-3 mm in size, and are suitable for smoking all types of meat and fish.

Approximate smoking time for a 2 l package is about 8 hours.
