Borniak Timer Inox BBQ v 1.4 Smoker - 70 l

An easy-to-use, roomy smoker for lovers of American barbecue. Originating in the United States, the BBQ technique involves simultaneously roasting and smoking food at a relatively low temperature for a long time. Food prepared in this way has a unique flavor and aroma. The smoking chamber has been designed to accommodate the products of your choice with ease. Its total capacity is as much as 70 litres, which allows smoking up to10 kg of meat on 6 levels.

The smoker has been equipped with Borniak Timer controller, which ensures quick and easy operation of the device. Mounted on the left side, the panel with a display allows you to control the temperature during the smoking process and informs about the time of operation. In addition, the controller allows you to set the time of each function, i.e. heating, smoke generation and drying.

The main component responsible for the generation of smoke is an 1115 W generator. This allows to achieve a maximum temperature up to 150 degrees C. Operation of the device is fully automatic. After switching on, the generator will start working and will itself control the even distribution of the temperature inside.

Smoke is obtained by burning smoking chips, which smolder and produce aromatic smoke. After one filling, the smokehouse can produce smoke for 8 hours without refilling. The chimney with a shaft allows you to adjust and adapt the density of the smoke to the products being smoked.

The drip bowl located under the grates prevents fats and juices from dripping onto the heating elements. Inside the smoker there are two bowls for collecting fat and water. All of these elements can be easily removed and washed, which allows you to maintain hygienic smoking conditions. In addition, the device is equipped with a condenser, which protects smoked meats from sludge dripping down the chimney.

The outer shell is made of ground stainless steel 1.4016. The interior of the chamber is made of food-grade approved stainless steel. In addition, thanks to special wall insulation technology with silicone gasket the smokehouse is efficient and energy-saving. The smoke chamber's waterproofing class is in accordance with the IP20 standard.

The comfort of the smoker is enhanced by a door equipped with sturdy hinges, silicone seal and magnetic closure. Adjustable feet with non-slip rubber, allow you to set the smokehouse stably on the ground.
