Carhartt Rugged Flex Duck Detroit Jacket - Black
The Carhartt Rugged Flex Duck Detroit is a modern interpretation of one of the brand's most recognisable models. The iconic cut, which has over 70 years of history behind it, has been modernised, combining classic design with innovative solutions. The sturdy design is now lighter and the stretch fabric used allows for even greater freedom of movement.
Rugged Flex technology
The jacket is made from 387 g/m2 Stretch Soft Duck fabric, which combines breathable cotton (99%) with the addition of stretch spandex (1%). Using Rugged Flex technology, the fabric adapts to the wearer's movements for comfort and full functionality. The inside of the jacket is lined with a lightweight striped cotton fabric, and triple-stitching further reinforces the entire construction, making it more resistant to intensive use.
The loose fit (Relaxed Fit) makes the jacket ideal for both work and everyday wear, guaranteeing complete comfort.
Adjustable cuffs, turned-up collar
The cuffs and hem of the jacket can be adjusted thanks to the adjustable press studs. The collar is turned up and trimmed with corduroy for a classic look. A robust one-way zip is used to close the jacket.
5 practical pockets
The Detroit model is equipped with 5 functional pockets:
- a zipped pocket on the left chest
- two open hip pockets
- two inner pockets - one zipped, the other velcro-fastened
The Carhartt logo is located under the chest pocket.
