Carinthia D 400X Large Sleeping Bag Left - Red

A lightweight sleeping bag model providing thermal comfort down to -5 degrees C for women (T-comfort) and -10 degrees C for men (T-limit). The mummy-type cut minimizes space for warmth, while not restricting movement when changing position while sleeping.

The D400X sleeping bag is filled with 95/5 CQ-Down snow goose down, characterized by lightweight, excellent thermal insulation and a spring rate of 800 cuin. The down is placed in H-chambers, which prevents its movement and provides even protection against the cold. The DIScover system provides an additional layer of insulation to protect against moisture and ensure maximum thermal performance.

The outer shell made of Pertex Quantum Endurance provides resistance to damage, water, snow and wind. The interior of the sleeping bag is lined with lightweight and soft Shelltex Ultra fabric. In addition, the model is equipped with an adjustable hood, which effectively protects the head from heat loss.

A two-way zipper located on the left side allows unzipping from the top or bottom. Inside the zipper there is an additional thermal strip and wide Antisnag tapes to prevent cutting into the fabric.

Sleeping bags are classified according to different temperature limits, which describe:

• T-max - the maximum temperature at which a man of average build can sleep through the night without excessive sweating
• T-comfort - the lowest temperature at which a woman of average build can comfortably sleep through the night
