Carinthia MIG 4.0 Jacket - MultiCam

Insulated jacket equipped with a waterproof PTFE membrane and lining sewn from durable polyamide. The outer part is made of windproof Gore Windstopper material, which shows high resistance to damage and moisture, while providing excellent breathability. The model was created in cooperation with uniformed services officers.

The outer fabric has been coated with an IR coating that reduces infrared re-emission and makes it more difficult to detect the wearer with night vision, thus ensuring safety in the dark. Cordura reinforcements on the shoulders, elbows and cuffs increase their resistance to abrasion and tears. Techno Stretch elastic inserts in the torso and forearm areas guarantee optimal freedom of movement.

The interior of the jacket is filled with lightweight, synthetic G-Loft down providing comfort in temperatures down to -15 degrees Celsius. Its quantity and arrangement were based on the ISO Mapping system, which consists of dividing body areas into thermal zones. On the most sensitive and exposed to cooling areas (the body) 125 g/m2 down was used, and on the shoulders - 80 g/m2. The insulation retains its thermal insulating properties even when wet.

The MIG 4.0 model is equipped with 7 pockets:
- two slanted fleece-lined, zippered front pockets,
- three pockets with a waterproof zipper on the sleeves,
- two zippered interior mesh pockets.

The waterproof two-way zipper used to fasten the jacket has been finished with a chin guard and equipped with an internal wind protection strip. The high collar is lined with warm fleece, which provides adequate breathability and is resistant to moisture. Underarm vents allow free adjustment of the air supply.

Velcro adjustable cuffs and elastic welt at the bottom allow for a very good fit to the wearer's build. The jacket features a spacious hood with fleece adjustable with two elastic drawstrings. An additional hood drawstring is located at the back and is secured by a Velcro-fastened patch.

Three velcro panels have been sewn on the shoulders and back, which allow attaching any patches and emblems, such as the national flag, unit emblem or so-called Morale Patches.

A compression pouch is included.
