Carinthia Tropen Sleeping Bag Medium - Olive

Vapour-permeable and compact mummy type sleeping bag with built-in mosquito net. It is designed for use all year round. It provides thermal comfort up to a temperature of 9.4 °C for women (T-comfort) and 5.1 °C for men (T-limit).

The outer layer is made of lightweight and moisture-resistant Shelltrans material, loosely adhering to the inner part to create an additional layer of insulation. The inner layer is made of polyamide characterised by low liquid absorption and high tear resistance.

A single-layer G-Loft synthetic down filling is responsible for maintaining warmth. It is soft, resilient and insulates well even when wet. The Thermoflect layer provides additional protection by reflecting the heat emitted by the body and retaining it inside the sleeping bag. In combination with other sleeping bags, the Tropen can be used as a complementary warming layer.

The trapezoidal design in the foot area provides maximum leg room and also allows for better retention of heat inside. The two-way zipper allows you to set optimal ventilation and maintain the right climate inside the sleeping bag.

The built-in mosquito net, located in a flap with snaps in the front of the sleeping bag, attaches around the hood with a small zipper.

The set includes a compression sack, making it easy to carry the sleeping bag efficiently.

The most important indicators, with which the limits and temperature ranges of sleeping bags are described, are generally marked by values:
- T-max - the maximum temperature at which an average built man is able to sleep through the night without sweating excessively or waking up due to heat,
- T-comfort - the lowest temperature at which an average woman can sleep comfortably through the night, 
- T-limit - the lowest temperature at which the average man can sleep through the night.
