An achromatic refractor with an objective diameter of 90 mm and a focal length of 1000 mm.
This lenticular telescope collects 162x more light than the human eye at night. It is mounted on an azimuth mount, and the whole thing is light enough to allow easy movement to other locations, such as away from artificial light sources that have an adverse effect on night sky observations. The image seen is bright and high-contrast.
