Designed by Ryan Johnson of RMJ Tactical, the Chogan Mattock Pickaxe is modeled after the pickaxe that was part of the equipment of British soldiers during WWI.
The Chogan Mattock is made of 1055 carbon steel coated in black for increased corrosion resistance. The handle is made of charred Tennessee Hickory wood, which is hard and resistant to heavy use.
The Pickaxe features an easily removable head for easy carrying and transportation. In addition, the handle is compatible with the Chogan T-Hawk tomahawk head, which allows you to replace the head itself.
