Deuter Trail 18 l Backpack - Black/Shale

The compact 18-liter backpack is made from a durable blend of 210D polyamide and 600D recycled polyester. In addition, the material is coated with a PFAS-free DWR coating for added durability, moisture protection and environmental safety.

The backpack features a main compartment that closes with a low-profile flap designed with climbing in mind, which doesn't restrict your field of vision or hinder your freedom of movement. Inside there is a compartment for a hydration system reservoir with a maximum capacity of 3 liters, an elastic pocket for storing wet clothing, and a smaller pocket with a key clip for easy carrying of small items. The contents of the main compartment can be accessed both from the top through the chimney and through the detachable front panel, making it easy to pack and access equipment.

On the sides of the backpack there are two spacious pockets, including one open that can accommodate, for example, a water bottle, and another that can be closed with a zipper. Two smaller pockets are located on the outside and inside the flap.

Compression straps, a loop system for carrying trekking poles, and a rain cover addto the backpack's functionality.

A U-shaped Delrin frame-based carrying system is responsible for carrying the backpack in comfort. Soft-foam-filled ActiveFit suspenders with an adjustable chest strap allow for a customized fit. The hip belt fastened with a composite buckle ensures even distribution of the carried load. On the back panel there are 2 foam Airstripes, which improve air circulation and facilitate moisture removal.

The backpack is equipped with an SOS instruction panel useful in emergency situations.
