Enervit Sport Pre Sport is a cranberry-flavored jelly with a high carbohydrate content and the addition of vitamin B1. Thanks to isomaltulose, the product has a low glycemic index, which ensures a slow and gradual increase in blood glucose levels.
Isomaltulose can be avoided by a sharp drop in blood glucose levels just before the start. The product is Cologne List® certified, which means it has undergone in-depth, independent quality control.
Usage:
Take 2 packs of carbohydrate jellies (2 x 45 g) 1-2 h before intense and prolonged exercise. Press the bottom of the packet to squeeze out the jelly. In sports such as running, cycling, MTB: 2 x 45 g of carbohydrate jelly 2 h to 30 min before physical activity. In team sports: 2 x 45 g of carbohydrate jelly from 1h to 30 min before physical activity.
