Fjord Nansen Svalbard NH210 Duck Hydro XL Sleeping Bag 490 g - right
A sleeping bag designed for summer use, guaranteeing thermal comfort at 6 degrees C for women (T-comfort) and 1 degree C for men (T-limit). The ergonomic mummy-type design reduces the space to be heated, resulting in higher thermal efficiency.
The fill is European duck down and feather in a 92/8 ratio, additionally treated with a hydrophobic coating. Impregnated down performs better in wet conditions - it soaks in more slowly and dries faster. The 800 cuin down is distinguished by excellent compression, allowing the sleeping bag to be packed into a compact size.
Rip-Stop weave, WR water repellent coating, duck down
The Svalbard model was sewn from 10D nylon with Rip-Stop weave fibers, featuring exceptional strength and abrasion resistance. The material is coated with WR Water Repellent coating, which protects against moisture penetration.
An additional layer of insulation in the foot area provides extra warmth while sleeping. The trim along the zipper has been filled with down, which increases thermal comfort and prevents the cold from getting in. The H-shaped chamber design prevents the down from moving and clumping.
Anti-Bite Sytem, Footbox, Duo adjustment tapes
The Anti-Bite zipper, located on the right side, unzips all the way down to prevent the zipper from jamming. A top hem provides extra comfort on chilly nights. Loops allow you to attach a liner, which prevents the liner from shifting when leaving the sleeping bag.
The drawstring footbox allows for easy unzipping and better air circulation. Duo double rubber bands allow you to conveniently loosen the elastic drawstrings without leaving the sleeping bag. A practical pocket for small valuables is placed inside.
T-comfort 6 deg. C; T-limit 1 deg. C
The most important indicators, with which the limits and temperature ranges of sleeping bags are described, as a rule, are marked with values:
- T-max - the maximum temperature at which an average-built man is able to sleep through the night without sweating excessively or waking up because of the heat,
- T-comfort - the lowest temperature at which the average woman can sleep comfortably through the night,
- T-limit - the lowest temperature at which the average man can sleep through the night.
Set elements
The set includes a compression pouch that makes it easy to carry the sleeping bag efficiently.
