A long-sleeved thermal T-shirt, designed to be worn next to the skin and is the second level of the U.S. Army's uniform system: the Generation III Extended Cold Weather Clothing System (GEN III ECWCS).
Lightweight and quick-drying underwear that helps retain heat during cold weather, while providing a cooling effect in summer. The special lightweight polyester weave provides quick wicking of moisture from the skin and increases evaporative surface area.
This state-of-the-art thermal underwear is sewn from soft and lightweight Comfort Dry® fleece with a mesh structure that has high warming and breathability properties. The inner side of the underwear with a unique weave "catches" and accumulates warm air, keeping it close to the body, while special channels wick away moisture to the outside.
The shirt features a contoured longer back, thumbholes in the sleeves for easy layering, and a turtleneck with a zipper for better neck and chin protection.
