A lightweight and durable tactical Combat Shirt to complement the MBDU (Modern Battle Dress Uniform) field uniform. The sleeves are made of NyCo fabric (cotton-nylon blend), which is characterised by increased tear and abrasion resistance. The middle part of the jacket is made of TopCool, a stretchy and breathable polyester fabric that ensures a good fit and freedom of movement.
The shoulders have pockets closed with YKK zips. The pockets have double velcro panels to attach any emblems, e.g. the national flag, unit emblem or so-called Morale Patches, so that the jacket can be given an individual character.
The cuffs are fastened with Velcro to allow for adjustment and size. The hems in the elbow area act as additional reinforcement against abrasion.
The sweatshirt has a high collar with a zip fastening. The collar stand ends in a chin guard.
