Hikvision Hikmicro Raptor RQ50L LRF 850 nm Thermal Imaging Binoculars

Thermal imaging binoculars that are a combination of a thermal imaging camera, a digital day camera and a night vision device. It allows the user to choose the way of observation: covert-passive in night vision and optical mode without the use of an infrared illuminator, in night vision mode with an infrared illuminator or in thermal imaging mode . The illuminator used is characterized by a wavelength of 850 nm. In addition, the model is equipped with a laser rangefinder with a range of up to 1 , 000 meters , a fixed optical magnification of 3.4x and digital magnification in the range of 2-16x, which allows you to spot objects up to 2,600 meters away.

The thermal imager features a thermal sensor with a resolution of 640 x 512 pixels, with a pixel spacing of just 12 µm. The sensitivity of the sensor allows it to capture temperature differences of less than 20 mK.

The optical sensor' s high resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels, along with a large 50mm diameter lens, provide bright and vivid daytime images.The resulting image is smooth and does not stutter even when using the maximum digital magnification of 16x. The thermal lens system has an aperture with a high specification of F1.0, so that all available thermal signal reaches the sensor. This, combined with a highly accurate thermal sensor, ensures high thermal performance.

The 0.39" external display used is made with OLED technology and offers a resolution of 1024 × 768 pixels.

The device provides 6 image display modes:
- White Hot - warm in light color, the higher the temperature, the brighter the object,
- Black Hot - warm in dark color, the higher the temperature, the darker the object,
- Red Hot - image as in "Black hot" with red highlighting of the warmest elements,
- Image Fusion - a combination of night vision and thermal imaging from white, yellow, red, pink to purple,
- Optical - natural, real colors,
- Fusion - warm colors from white, yellow, red, pink to cold purple.

Day optical mode allows daytime observation in natural, real colors, and Night mode allows night observation in night vision mode. Thanks to the built-in infrared illuminator, the image is also perfectly visible in total darkness, and an additional Defog mode ensures observation in foggy weather. The illuminator allows illumination of the area at night up to 400 meters, and can automatically and intelligently adjust the brightness to avoid overexposure of the image. The built-in laser rangefinder with a range of up to 1,000 m allows you to determine the distance to the observed target with an accuracy of +/- 1 m.

The measurement distance depends on the size of the object to which the distance is measured:
- a passenger car 4300 m,
- man 2800 m,
- animal 1500 m.

The GPS and Digital Magnetic Compass (DMC)function indicates the exact position of the object by precisely measuring the azimuth relative to the magnetic direction of the North Pole and the height of the observed object relative to the observer.

The Raptor RQ50L additionally features video recording and photo capture at a resolution of 1600 x 1200. Recordings and photos are stored on the built-in 64GB internal memory . The USB-C connector allows for easy and fast data transfer. The device supports WIFI connection and hotspot, which allows you to share photos and videos in real time. In addition, it is possible to control via the Hikmicro Sight mobile app available for Android/IOS.

The body of the binoculars is covered with a rubber coating with a non-slip texture, which improves grip stability and cushions accidental bumps and falls from low heights. The IP67 rating ensures waterproofing, so it can be used during snowfall, rain and sub-zero temperatures down to -30 degrees C. The control buttons are located within fingertip reach for easy and intuitive operation.

The width of the binoculars, i.e. the inter-ocular distance, is adjustable from 60 to 70 mm, allowing a perfect fit for the user. The model is also equipped with diopter correction from -5 D to +3 D.

The binoculars are powered by 3 Li-Ion 18560 rechargeable batteries (included), which provide up to 8 h of continuous operation. The USB Type-C port also allows you to use the device with a plugged-in powerbank to extend the operating time. Thanks to the power saving function, the display is automatically turned off when the device is momentarily moved away from your eyes.

The Raptor RQ50L is equipped with a standard 1/4" mounting thread allowing it to be mounted on a tripod.
