Kazak Model 10 Sharpener - set

A device created for sharpening knives of various shapes and sizes. Allows you to accurately and stably fix the knife in the clamps, while allowing you to rotate it without removing it. The sharpening process is fast, safe and does not require special skills from the user. The set includes, among other things, an electronic protractor and 5 diamond sharpening stones of different gradation levels.

The base was made of steel and supplemented with rubber inserts, which provide stability during operation. The whole is covered with a durable powder paint. The guide with a diameter of 8 mm and a surface roughness of 0.4 Ra is produced from alloy steel, resistant to damage. The clamps were created from durable 7075 aluminum, further strengthened by heat treatment.

The sharpening angle can be freely adjusted by raising or lowering the hinge assembly on the vertical post. The swivel mechanism is based on a double-row ball bearing with a built-in axle. In addition, this model is equipped with a built-in hook and a removable frame - just unscrew two screws to check the cutting edge of the knife without removing it from the clamps.
