Kazak Pro Trollsky Custom Sharpener - Black

A device created for precision sharpening of knives of all shapes and sizes. The design ensures that the blade is firmly clamped in the clamps, while allowing it to be rotated without removal. The sharpening process is quick, safe and intuitive, so no advanced skills are required. The model comes from a limited edition, developed in collaboration with the Trollsky Custom Knives brand. Each unit features an individual serial number, highlighting its unique character.

The sturdy base is made of durable steel, coated in a damage-resistant powder paint. It is equipped with adjustable supports with a locking mechanism and non-slip inserts, which ensure stability during sharpening. The guide bar with a diameter of 8 mm and a surface roughness of 0.4 Ra is made of high-quality alloy steel, resistant to mechanical damage. The clamps are made of 7075 aluminium alloy, which is characterised by increased durability due to the heat treatment applied.

Individual components, such as the knob and the guide handle, are protected by 1.5 mm thick red Italian genuine leather. The gold-coloured screws harmoniously match the elegant design of the device, giving it a unique character.

The device uses a modern mechanism for quick angle adjustment (UBR V.2), based on a toothed guide rail. Thanks to this solution, the hinge carriage slides along the rail when the knob is turned , enabling the sharpening angle to be set instantly and precisely with a single movement. In addition, the model is equipped with a built-in hook and quick-release frame for the rotary head, which allows the cutting edge of the knife to be checked without removing it from the clamps. There is also an option to lock the rotary unit for greater stability.

The unit ‘s verticaltilt adjustment system allows it to be positioned to the user's preference for comfortable working. On the rail, there is a top hole with an M8 thread for mounting additional lighting, making it easier to work in low light. In addition, the model offers a dedicated space for mounting an electronic compass, increasing sharpening precision.
