BurnTec Hydrogel Dressing 12x24 cm

Hydrogel dressing with a wide range of applications. Used by emergency medical units, the Fire Department and the military, among others. It can be used during first aid for burns and as an emergency dressing when dealing with deep abrasions, open fractures and many other skin injuries.

The biggest advantages of the BurnTec dressing are:
- effectively takes away heat and cools the site of injury,
- has a soothing effect,
- painless dressing change - the hydrogel does not damage the granulation tissue or young epidermis,
- during dressing change, all contaminants are removed from the wound,
- prevents drying of the wound and scab formation,
- protects the wound from contamination and possible infection,
- prevents the formation of hypertrophic scars,
- quick and easy application of the dressing.

BurnTec dressings are characterized by a compact consistency that ensures even distribution of the cooling substance on the burn surface. The stable structure of the dressing also eliminates the risk of possible spillage or damage to the hydrogel. In addition, an advantage of the BurnTec product is that the dressing is reinforced with non-woven fabric, which allows it to be quickly removed from the mold without the risk of tearing the hydrogel.

BurnTec hydrogel dressings are individually packaged in aluminum bags, which protect the dressing from sunlight and high temperature.
