A sharpening system comprising four diamond stones of different gradations. Using them sequentially during the sharpening process allows the cutting edge to be repaired and the desired working sharpness to be established. The surface area of the sharpening stones is 12 mm by 100 mm.
A set of guides and clamps allow sharpening at four angles: 17, 20, 25, 30 degrees.
Gradation of stones:
- 70 - extra coarse - for reprofiling the cutting edge,
- 120 - coarse - for initial sanding,
- 280 - medium - for sharpening the working edge,
- 600 - fine - for preliminary polishing.
Kit includes sharpening stones, handle, four guides, cleaning brush and box.
