Lyophilization is a process of vacuum dehydration of food products at very low temperatures (-50 degrees C). Thanks to the use of special production technology, freeze-dried food is a wholesome, full-calorie meal, complete in every respect, while meeting the high requirements of various extreme sports such as climbing, high-mountain tourism, sailing, qualified tourism both summer and winter. It is used by polar explorers, travelers, competitive athletes, on various expeditions or camps.

Sweet fried apples with cinnamon and crunchy crumble is a perfect meal for dessert. The product was created in collaboration with Slovenian mountaineer Marko Prezelj. As with all meals from LYOFOOD, preparation is extremely quick and very easy.

Ingredients: wheat flour 39%, butter 29%, sugar, apple 13%, cinnamon.
