M-Tac CLS Elite Medical Bag - Coyote

A tactical hip bag with a main compartment designed in accordance with the MARCH tactical rescue protocol. Its ergonomic design allows you to carry medical equipment necessary in emergency situations. It was made in durable 500D Cordura.

The main compartment is opened from the top with two, two-way YKK zippers, allowing quick access to the items inside. In accordance with the tactical rescue concept (TCCC) of the MARCH (massive hemorrhage, airway, respirations, circulation, head injury/hypothermia) protocol, the side and rear sections of the main compartment can accommodate medical equipment corresponding to the first level of assistance, which is the letter M - massive hemorrhage. On the flap and front part, the second and third levels i.e. A and R - airway and respiration, respectively. Internal mesh pockets will hold equipment for the last levels of assistance, namely C - circulatory system and H - head injuries and/or hypothermia.

The front of the bag features a fastex buckle-secured flat pocket for emergency scissors. On the sides there are 4 pouches for tactical tourniquets, closed with velcro flaps. An integrated pouch in the pivoting flap will accommodate medical gloves, and sewn-in elastic bands allow you to cinch and stabilize smaller pieces of equipment. Front and rear pockets are designed to carry bracing rails. At the bottom of the bag there is a strap designed for a stretcher and at the front there is a NAR fall protection cord. 

The carrying strap allows the bag to be transported on the shoulder or waist thanks to its adjustability and fastex buckle. The bag does not include the equipment shown in the photos.
