The low-profile pouch is made of durable 500D Cordura. The fabric is characterized by increased resistance to abrasion. The carrying system is a largevelcro (velcro ) panel on the back, which allows the pouch to be attached to a tactical vest. It closes with a two-way YKK zipper.
It features two compartments - the main one and a smaller flat one. In addition, there is a velcro panel on the front with Laser Cut notches, which are compatible with the Molle/Palls system. This allows for attaching additional gear or attaching badges.
At the bottom of the pocket is mounted an elastic attachment that can be used, for example, to carry a tactical stasis.
The name MM-14 is an abbreviation for маскувальний малюнок (maskuvalʹnyy malyunok = camouflage pattern) and the year 2014, when the camouflage was officially approved. The pattern refers to the American UCP camouflage, but shades were chosen to match the colors naturally found on Ukrainian territory. The introduction of the MM-14 camouflage pattern was an important part of the Ukrainian army's reform to break with post-Soviet identification. Unofficially, MM14 camouflage also goes by the names Ukrainian Pixel Camo and Ukrainian Digital Camo.
