A patch made of durable Cordura. Elements of the patch in the shape of a four-leaf clover have been covered with fluorescent, glow-in-the-dark plastic. The emblem is designed to be attached to MOLLE webbing. It consists of three panels, which, after being threaded through the webbing, are to be connected together with Velcro.
Morale patches are worn by soldiers and other services in addition to patches specific to their own unit in order to "raise morale", these patches are a kind of identifying and unifying element of the group. They are an element of soldier humor.
