Merrell Speed Strike 2 Thermo MID Boots - Black
Boots with a lightweight yet durable construction, made from recycled materials and equipped with a waterproof membrane. They combine the functionality of trekking and tactical footwear. The high and stiffened upper guarantees stability of the foot even on difficult terrain, making them an ideal choice for winter activities and outdoor expeditions.
Natural leather, Rip-Stop reinforced material
The upper is made from a combination of natural leather and tear-resistant Rip-stop weave fabric. A recycled fleece lining provides additional comfort. The 200-gram synthetic thermal insulation guarantees warmth without adding too much bulk to the boot, allowing for comfortable use even in freezing conditions.
Special reinforcements on the upper and at the toe provide additional protection in demanding terrain.
Waterproof membrane
The breathable and waterproof membrane effectively protects against water while wicking away moisture, keeping feet dry even during intense exercise.
EVA foam insole, Cleansport NXT
The removable insole is made of 50% recycled EVA foam.
Cleansport NXT is an innovative technology that neutralizes odors by using beneficial bacteria. Upon contact with sweat, the bacteria activate, producing enzymes that eliminate those responsible for odors, keeping the footwear fresh for the life of the shoe.
Rubber sole, EVA midsole
The shoe features a two-layer EVA foam midsole that provides excellent support, foot stabilization and shock protection.
The flexible, abrasion-resistant rubber sole offers great cushioning, and thanks to its non-slip tread and deep pattern, guarantees very good traction even on wet or slippery surfaces.
Two-zone lacing system, inserts at the tongue
The high sewn-in tongue effectively prevents sand, dust and other debris from entering the shoes, and the two-zone lacing system allows for a precise fit. A loop at the back makes it easy to put on and take off the shoes.
