Mil-Tec Cotton Rip-Stop Hat - Phantomleaf WASP I Z3A

A field hat designed in accordance with the specifications of the personal equipment of U.S. Army soldiers. To ensure good ventilation of the head, the Boonie Hat has been equipped with four holes with mesh, further protecting against the entry of insects. The wide, padded brim provides effective protection from the sun and rain.

The hat is sewn from airy cotton reinforced Rip-Stop mesh. Above the brim is sewn strap, thanks to which handy accessories can be attached to the hat. The fastening lines ending in a plastic trope allow for a perfect fit to the wearer's head.

WASP I is an innovative line of PHANTOMLEAF® CIV-TEC® camouflage patterns designed specifically for MIL-TEC®. PHANTOMLEAF® camouflage patterns are created through advanced digital image analysis of the terrain in which the variant is designed to provide camouflage. The algorithm used also takes motion and other variables into account, making the patterns well adaptive over a wide range of conditions. At the same time, PHANTOMLEAF® camouflages are distinctive enough to guarantee good identification of "one's-another" within a group of soldiers on the battlefield or during an ASG game. 

The WASP I Z3A variant performs well in a wide range of areas with high green vegetation, such as deciduous and coniferous forests or tropical jungles. It also maintains good camouflage properties in suburban and rural areas where green agricultural crops, scrub and grassy zones dominate. An innovative alternative to US Woodland or PenCott Wildwood camouflage.
