A lightweight and handy butcher knife from the Hunting series, designed for meat processing.
The blade of the knife is made of recycled Sandvik 12C27 stainless steel with a thickness of 2.3 mm hardened to 56-58.5 HRC. The blade was derived with a full flat grind. The curved edge improves cutting properties. The curved tip minimizes the risk of puncturing processed meat and tissue, while the use of stainless steel eliminates the risk of corrosion and allows the knife to be operated in humid environments.
The handle, made of Burnt Orange-colored polymer, has been equipped with a non-slip surface, and a small bolster that prevents the hand from slipping on the blade while working. The bright color of the handle makes it easier to find the knife in low visibility conditions.
The set includes a practical sheath made of plastic with a ribbed design, which makes it significantly easier to keep clean.
