A lightweight and handy knife from the Hunting series, designed for meat processing. The blade, with its distinctly curved cutting edge, ensures maximum precision and, consequently, efficient knife work.
The blade of the knife is made of recycled Swedish Sandvik 12C27 stainless steel with a thickness of 1.85 mm and hardened to a hardness of 56-58.5 HRC. The blade was derived with a full flat grind. This design ensures high flexibility and cutting precision. The use of stainless steel eliminates the risk of corrosion and allows the knife to be operated in humid environments.
The handle, made of Burnt Orange-colored polymer, has been equipped with a non-slip surface, and a small hilt that prevents the hand from slipping on the blade while working. The bright color of the handle makes it easier to find the knife in low visibility conditions.
The set includes a practical sheath made of plastic with a ribbed design, which makes it significantly easier to keep clean.
