A lightweight and handy knife from the Hunting series, designed for meat processing.
The blade of the knife is made of recycled Sandvik 12C27 stainless steel, 2.4 mm thick, hardened to 56-58.5 HRC. The blade with a narrow profile was derived with a full flat grind, with a slightly outlined belly near the tip. This design provides optimal rigidity during use and makes the knife more resistant to stress. The use of stainless steel eliminates the risk of corrosion and makes it possible to operate the knife in humid environments.
The handle, made of Burnt Orange-colored polymer, has been equipped with a non-slip surface, and a small bolster that prevents the hand from slipping on the blade while working. The bright color of the handle makes it easier to find the knife in low visibility conditions.
The set includes a practical sheath made of plastic with a ribbed design, which makes it significantly easier to keep clean.
