A pair of disposable shoe insoles designed to heat the feet. The heating time with an average temperature of 57°C is a minimum of 7 hours . In conditions of free air circulation, the chemical reaction will be accelerated (the warming time will be shortened), and the temperature can reach up to 71°C.
