Handheld detector designed to find all types of ferrous and non-ferrous metals. It meets the IP67 standard, which means it can be submerged in water up to 1 meter deep for 30 minutes. The rugged housing protects the electronics from the elements, and the ergonomic design ensures comfortable use.
The NMS30 offers faster and more accurate scanning compared to conventional handheld detectors. Adjustable sensitivity allows the detector to be adjusted to the approximate size of the object being searched for and the working distance. The "Rebar Elimination" function allows the detector to turn off alerts when rebar is detected in the ground or wall.
The detector operates in three alert modes:
- audible alert,
- vibration alert,
- LED alert.
A built-in interference cancellation system guarantees no distortion even when other detectors are operating nearby.
The NMS20 comes with two AA rechargeable batteries with a life span of more than 40 hours. An automatic standby and shutdown mode reduces power consumption and saves the battery. A universal charging station that serves as a stand at the same time allows convenient and fast charging of the detector.
The NMS20 complies with the NIJ 0602.02 standard, as well as the new draft NIJ 0602.03 standard. which classify it for use in detecting weapons or contraband. The detector demonstrates high performance in detecting magnetic and non-magnetic objects, making it suitable for use in prisons, detention centers, airports and courts, among other places.
