BCAA amino acid complex produced by Olimp Sport Nutrition in orange flavor. It is designed for adults who are physically active or building muscle mass. BCAAs are the main amino acids that build muscle structure, which are also strongly involved in the energetics of aerobic processes (glucose-alanine cycle).

Taking BCAAs is designed to protect muscles (anti-catabolic effect) and stimulate anabolic processes - especially at post-workout time. BCAAs are especially recommended for people who do aerobic exercise on an empty stomach.

Recommended daily serving: 1-2 servings per day - before meals or training and after training or before bedtime. Dissolve 1 serving (10 g powder = 1 scoop) in 200 ml of water and consume immediately after preparation. Do not exceed the serving recommended for consumption during the day. The dietary supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. A balanced diet and healthy lifestyle are recommended.
