A dietary supplement containing calcium hydroxymethylbutyrate (HMB). It is a chemical compound that helps increase lean muscle mass. The formula contributes to muscle building, regulation of metabolism, and reduces degradation of muscle mass during intense workouts.
Recommended daily serving: 2 capsules 4 times a day, which should be sipped with plenty of water. Use before breakfast, before training, after training and before bedtime.
