OPC Outdoor Extreme Naval Set Safety Glasses - Matt Black
Protective eyewear developed in collaboration with former GROM Military Unit operator , Pawel Jan Mateńczuk ‘Naval’. Equipped with UV400 filter, they provide full protection against UVA, UVB and UVC radiation. The SMARTcare technology used minimises the discomfort associated with the glasses ‘sticking’ to damp skin on warm days and prevents ‘freezing’ to the skin at low temperatures.
Anti-scratch and Anti-fog coated visors, ANSI z87.1 standard.
Eyewear fitted with 1.4 mm thick polycarbonate visors which are scratch and damage resistant. Fitted with Anti-fog and Anti-scratch coatings, they comply with the American ANSI z87.1 standard.
Interchangeable lenses
The kit includes 4 pairs of interchangeable lenses with different light transmission categories to adapt the glasses to different lighting conditions:
- clear lens Clear Cat. 0 - non-polarised
- Yellow Cat. 1 - with polarisation
- black Smoke Cat. 3 - with polarisation
- black Smoke Cat. 4 - dedicated to mountaineering
Polarised lenses reduce glare, shine and dazzle by letting only polarised light through. As a result, reflections from glass, water or snow are reduced to minimal specks of light that do not blind the wearer.
TR90 material construction, comfortable temples
Lightweight and ergonomic frames, made of durable TR90 material, fit perfectly to the face for comfortable wearing. The rounded temples prevent the goggles from slipping during movement and are compatible with helmets and ear protectors. In addition, a rubber insert attached to the frames protects against the ingress of water, dust and sand.
