Osprey Stratos 36 l Backpack - Seaweed Matcha Green

Hiking backpack with a capacity of 36 liters made of durable and damage-resistant 210D honeycomb nylon. The lower, outer part of the backpack and the side inserts are made of 420D nylon. The materials used are recycled (Global Recycled Standard certified) and made with respect for the environment (Bluesign® certified). In addition, the top layer has been treated with a PFC/PFAS-free DWR hydrophobic coating to protect against moisture and dirt.

The roomy main compartment can be accessed either from the top, through a lockable flap with two buckles, under which there is a drawstring chimney, or through a covered vertical zipper on the side. The flap features an exterior pocket and an interior mesh pocket with a key clip, both of which are zippered. Inside the main compartment is a compartment for a hydration cartridge with a maximum capacity of 3 liters, with a tube opening in the back panel.

On the sides of the backpack there are two elastic mesh pockets (e.g. for water bottles or bidons) and compression straps. On the front, there is a zippered pocket and a single loop for a check with a bungee cord puller. There is also a sleeping bag pocket at the bottom of the front , above which there are trouser straps to attach additional gear. Handy small items can be placed in two smaller zippered pockets on the hip panel. The model is equipped with a Strow-on-the-Go system for carrying trekking poles at the shoulder strap.

The adjustable AirSpeed carry system is based on a contoured aluminum frame with suspended 3D mesh, which creates an air space between the backpack and the back, ensuring proper air circulation. The ability to adjust the anatomically profiled shoulder stra ps, along with the stabilizing stra ps above them, helps distribute the weight evenly. Adjusting the backpack to the individual needs of the user, reduces the load on the back and shoulders. In addition, to increase comfort while hiking in the field, the backpack is equipped with a horizontally adjustable wide hip belt and a chest belt, complementarily adjustable in terms of position height. There is an integrated rescue whistle on the chest belt buckle.
