Pentagon Tac Maven Magnesium Fire Starter

Pentagon's magnesium fire starter which allows you to quickly light a fire in the field. With its help you can light, for example, a gas stove, hiking stove or campfire, which is a source of heat and allows you to prepare a meal away from home. Magnesium cauldron will be perfect not only during camping, but also in emergency situations.

The whole consists of a block of magnesia combined with a chair and a tin for striking sparks. After scraping the magnesium shavings off the block or rod with a sparking tin, the back of a knife or any other sharp-edged tool, one proceeds to strike sparks on the previously accumulated shavings until they are set on fire. Then another kindling, such as cotton wool or birch bark, is placed on the glowing magnesium chips.
