A sturdy knife with a full-tang construction , that is, with the blade shank passing through the entire handle. It will prove useful for preparing meals in the field as well as for everyday use in the kitchen.
The head is made of AUS-8 stainless steel characterized by good sharpness retention and ease of sharpening. The knife can be easily sharpened on virtually any whetstone.
