Kitchen knife made of AUS-8 steel. One of the characteristics of this steel is its high chromium content, which has a positive effect on the anti-corrosive properties of the steel. Thanks to this, the knife from Samura works great in the kitchen.
The Santoku type knife is the Asian equivalent of the European Chef's knife, but it is slightly shorter and wider. This makes it possible to efficiently transfer sliced vegetables or meat, for example, to a frying pan.
Santoku knives are also used in the kitchen.
The handle is made of polypropylene and has been given a texture that resembles that of a golf ball, so it provides a secure grip, even when the hand is wet or dirty.
