Sanrenmu Series A Sharpening Stone- 240/800

Two-sided ceramic whetstone with gradations of 240 and 800.The abrasive surface is 18 centimetersów by 6 centimetersów.

- Gradation 240 is used for the initial cutting of dull tools
- Gradation 800 is used for finishing the blade.

The set includes a slip guard to prevent the whetstone from slipping while working.

Instructions for use: Soak the stone in water or use sharpening oil. Place the whetstone on a flat surface. To sharpen the nó¿, slide over the stone (pressing lightly) several times first one, then the other side of the knife. When sharpening the nó try to keep the proper angle of the knife (15°-30°).
