Sharpi Diamond 360/600/1000 Electric Sharpener

Electric diamond knife sharpener with a sharpening angle of 15 degrees. Equipped with three gradations, which allow both quick sharpening and regeneration of heavily dulled edges.

Three abrasive discs coated with diamond dust, one of the hardest materials, provide effective sharpening, high wear resistance and a life of up to 10000 strokes.

The discs are driven by a 20-watt 230-volt mains-powered motor that generates a speed of 2800 revolutions per minute. The constant speed prevents damage to the edge of the blade.

The three different gradations in this whetstone allow for effective sharpening of even severely dulled blades:

• gradation 360 - Designed for initial sharpening and regeneration of very blunt or damaged edges
• gradation 600 - Used for smoothing the edge, preparing it for the final stage of polishing
• gradation 1000 - Used for final polishing, providing the blade with perfect smoothness and maximum sharpness
