Sharpi Diamond Kitchen Knife Sharpener 360/1000

Manual sharpener equipped with ceramic rods with a gradation of 1000, which allow sharpening at a constant angle of 21 degrees, and diamond rods with a gradation of 360 for sharpening at an angle of 16 degrees. Designed for kitchen knives and scissors. Ergonomically contoured handle guarantees confidence and stability during work.

The sharpener uses two slots equipped with diamond and ceramic rods, which allow both sharpening and full sharpening of knives with single and double-sided grinds, as well as other cutting edges. The rods are distinguished by a durability of up to 6,000 strokes.
